Sometimes the Light appears more dim, at other times, more vibrant. The world is like this- the ups and the downs that we learn to navigate can be tumultuous. Innerlight is about hope, learning how to flow with grace and ease through the twists and turns life offers. Through somatic practices, psychology, yoga, and horses, we can nourish the Soul, build resilience for the Mind and Heart, and learn how to Love and Accept ourself, which is the only Self we have.
